Master the Art of Refined Leatherworking

Amblard Leather Atelier is the only place where you can learn the centuries-old techniques of leatherworking.  Béatrice Amblard, a Hermès trained master artisan with more than 40 years of experience, developed the program and teaches 4 levels of leather classes using traditional French hand tools.  The goal of our leather school is to keep the art of refined leatherworking alive by training, inspiring creativity and teaching the future artisans the skills needed to create refined leather goods at the highest level of expertise.

Please note, each of our sessions consists of 12 classes.

We teach our program in three different formats:

Session: Full day classes offered on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Saturdays with a 12 class commitment.

Intensive: 4 Full day classes which meet Tuesday - Friday. (Each level consists of 3 1-week intensives)

Evening: Offered Tuesday and Thursday from 4-6p; and Tuesday from 6-8p.
