Student Projects

When you enroll in the Amblard Leather Atelier, you will walk away with a variety of leather goods you’ve created.

The beginner class focuses on small leather goods and you will create your own wallet. You will cut the pattern, assemble it and stitch it into a finished product. The intermediate class moves to larger leather goods, including tote bags and the advanced class teaches more intricate patterns for purses.

I love working with my hands and creating beautiful things. My grandfather was a leatherworker and I always wanted to learn the trade. It is very fullfilling and humbling to work materials into the manifestation of an idea.
